A safe and luxurious haven for your little ones, POSH ANGELS offers a comfortable environment where your beautiful babies receive the best hairstyles while being pampered with the ultimate princess/prince treatment.

We are passionate about children. The warmth and love one feels upon entering our doors is instantaneous. Our passion and love for the little ones are at the heart of our brand and set us apart.

Providing the most creative and beautiful hairstyles is our proud trade, but doing it with minimum discomfort and soothing love for our angels is our GOAL.

How long does a typical appointment last?

A typical appointment lasts between 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the service selected.

Do you offer any packages or deals?

Yes, we have a variety of packages that include hair styling, spa treatments, and additional luxury services. Contact us to learn more about our exclusive offers.

What entertainment options do you provide?

We offer tablets with uncapped Wi-Fi and an interactive play area to keep your little ones entertained during their visit.

What safety measures are in place?

Our salon is designed with children's safety in mind. From non-slip floors to child-safe equipment, we prioritize your child’s well-being.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We highly recommend making an appointment to ensure we can accommodate you, but we do accept walk-ins based on availability.

Can parents stay during the appointment?

Parents are more than welcome to stay and observe, or they can enjoy our luxurious waiting area. However, we unfortunately only allow one guardian to wait as our space is limited.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Failing to do so may incur a cancellation fee. Please also see our detailed policy below

Our Policy

This policy is an integral part of POSH ANGELS's Terms and Conditions. Words defined in the Terms and Conditions bear the same meaning in this policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

Subject to Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the following reasonable guidelines apply

Client Satisfaction: All clients must confirm their satisfaction with our stylists and front desk regarding all braids and hairstyles before leaving the salon. We will not offer refunds or re-dos later for changes in fiber color or design.

Claims for Re-Do: If a client is not satisfied with the results of their hairstyle, such as untangling or detaching issues, they may file a claim within three days of the original service to be eligible for a re-do.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and appreciate your cooperation in this regard. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a R200 cancellation fee.

Late Arrival: If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to move your appointment to the next available stylist. If running late, please notify us in advance to avoid disappointment.

Waiting Area: We regret that we cannot accommodate more than one accompanying adult in the waiting area. To maintain a calm environment for your little ones, we aim to prevent overcrowding, as it tends to make them anxious.
